Products & Services

Q. What type of warranty do your products have? Some products are listed with 1 year warranty, and some others do not. How can I tell the length of warranty on a product if it does not list one?

A. All of our new products come with full manufacturers' warranty just as any other retailer. These warranties are almost always 1 year. Some manufacturers' have longer periods. If a manufacturer has a longer warranty, we will list it. Further, if a manufacturer has a period less than one year, we will list this as well. Our refurbished products usually come with the standard 30 days warranty. Some of our refurbished products come with 60, 90 and even 1 year warranties as well. Where applicable, we will list the the extended warranty period in the refurbished product description area. If you purchase a refurbished product that does not have a warranty period listed, it is ALWAYS 30 days, just as the industry standard for refurbished products. Our custom-built computers and servers also come with 1 year warranties. If you would like a copy of this particular warranty, please contact us, either by mail or by e-mail, for a copy.

Q. I see a number of products listed as refurbished. What does this mean?

Q. Are refurbished products broken, damaged, or not in working order?

A. Absolutely  not! Our refurbished products are always in excellent working order. There may be some products that exhibit some normal usage, but the products will always work as brand new. If we do happen to offer a product with a defect or unoticeable broken or damaged area, we will always note this in the product desciption. If for any reason, you receive a refurbished product in a condition other than what is stated, please inform us immediately. This may be due to damage from shipping and handling.  

Q. I do not see any other company offering refurbished products, where do these products come from? Does any other company offer refurbished products?

A. As a matter of fact, ALL major and minor equipment manufacturers handle some type of refurbished product. They may deal with these products themselves or they may contract this aspect of their business to another qualified company. Many manufacturers even have direct links on their web-sites to their refurbished products that they may sell. Dejanay, Inc. has direct relationships with both manufacturers as well as qualified companies that refurbish products for manufactueres'. Our relationship allows us to purchase these products in quantity, at a much better cost than any individual could aquire the products. We, in turn, pass these huge savings on to our customers.

Q. How do I place an order? What ordering processes do I have? I would like to mail a check to your company for a order, how do I accomplish this? I am not comfortable with using my credit card on the internet, what other options does your company offer?
